Very nicely organized and well built!
I walk in wondering if I'm in the right place, doing the right thing, filing the right form. The woman there, was not friendly and not helpful. I know they have a choice in how they speak. I also learned after the fact that not only did I spend a dollar on a form I didn't need, I wasted my time filing it out and went to the wrong place. I'm glad to know the process now and look forward to going back there to give her an earful
